Concept
透明素材を使った名刺入れ。表面に細かなテクスチャを施すことで、見る角度によって中身の見え方が変化します。内側のトレイと名刺の色が透けて重なり、入れるものによって異なる表情が生まれます。A card case made from transparent material. Fine surface textures change how the contents appear depending on the viewing angle. The colors of the inner tray and inserted card show through and overlap, giving the case a different appearance depending on what it holds.
Technique
透明フィラメントの積層と、微細な表面パターンを組み合わせています。太めのノズルで積層することで生まれる粗めのテクスチャが、独特の手触りと表情をつくっています。使い心地にもこだわり、ケースを閉じたときに「パチッ」と気持ちよく収まるよう設計しています。Layered transparent filament is combined with fine surface patterns. The coarse texture created by printing with a larger nozzle gives the case a distinctive feel and appearance. Attention is also paid to how it feels in use, with the case designed to close with a satisfying snap.
